About Chef Gina
Chef Gina is a classically trained graduate from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York in 1995. She was schooled in the art of cooking, learning everything from classical to contemporary cuisines. Building on the culinary methodology and knowledge she gained at the CIA, Gina developed a unique approach to cooking that seeks to maintain the essence and integrity of each ingredient and employ it in a way that nourishes body, mind and spirit.
Rather than a style of cooking, it is a way of respecting food and bringing it to the table in a way that accentuates its natural flavors and conserves its healing properties.
